The Mayor allows Buyans who seek a quieter place to live yet who do not wish to rent a house of their own to move to Sanhae.

The tutors of the larger cities send adventurers to the Mayor to aid in his quest to discover the mysteries of Du Mountain. Fortunately this is a quest that very young adventurers can perform.
