This market is a real bargain because every one of the merchants wants to help you out. Puyuman handles all of your banking needs and gives you a few verbal shortcuts. All of the other merchants have small quests with give you experience.

Butcher Hualing asks for 5 gator meat and will give you 100 experience for that.
Smith Guozhi asks for 5 acorns and will give you 100 experience and a novice sword for that.
Seamstress Yuji asks that you gather 5 white silk from Butterfly Haven and will make a Silk Cap for you and give you 100 experience for that.

Armorer Jianjun will not even speak with you until you prove your friendship by bringing him a rose from one of the bushes south of the market. When you are his friend he will gladly make you a better suit of armor and will give you 100 experience for that.

NOTE: If you see a fellow with a pack on his back wandering around this little village take the time to talk. Chaoxiang is a trader but for 50 coins he will teach you a few tricks of the trade and you'll get 100 experience points for helping him.
