You must have already Vanquished Overlord B'Gnngh as a requirement for the Break the Seal of N'ngh Zan quest.

Hunt Seal guardians to collect Spell scrolls for each totem. To unlock the seal you must have all 4 Spells. You need a minimum of 4 people to use the spells. You must stand at the correct place around the Shrine. Use Spell of Hyun moo on north side; Spell of Chung ryong on east side; Spell of Ju jak on south side and Spell of Baekho on the west side. This kills the Seal and it disappears for a short time. You do not have to be grouped to enter Nngh'Zan's Seal room.
