Nexus Atlas HTTPS
Posted by: Vini -- 8:00 PM EST

For the many of you who have Nexus Atlas and Nexus Forums bookmarked within your browsers please update them to the following URLs:
https://www.nexusatlas.com
https://www.nexusforums.com

We're in the process of updating the whole website and an important part of it is moving everything from HTTP to HTTPS. I'm particularly very happy to be able to announce this change. The amazing staff who help improve Nexus Atlas on the back-end know for how long I've been wanting to migrate to HTTPS, especially in Nexus Forums case.

HTTPS promotes a more secure navigation for all websites, with an encrypted connection between users and websites. This is extremely important when accessing banks, emails and other websites that require login and password, which isn't the case of Nexus Atlas.

In the case of Nexus Atlas, just to be clear, the HTTPS content is the same as the HTTP (This is about Nexus Atlas only, not the whole web). Both NA versions are secure, and the HTTP NA has always been secure. However, with a valid effort to force all web to upgrade to HTTPS and get security certificates, therefore promoting a safer web, Google Chrome now identifies all HTTP URLs as 'not secure', which in case of HTTP version of Nexus Atlas is an unfair classification, just as it's incorrect to claim an HTTPS website as 'secure' just because it has HTTPS, as it does not guarantee 100% security.

In the end, both http://www.nexusatlas.com and https://www.nexusatlas.com are secure for usage, but just so you feel more comfortable with a 'more secure' NA start using the HTTPS version which will be our main version from this point forward.

Also, while navigating please inform us if you find any other page with design bugs on HTTPS version. As mentioned above, 'Past news' menu wasn't working properly, but Zeromus fixed that!

Festival Of Truth has started
Posted by: Vini -- 12:21 PM EST

The second (and last) Festival of Truth of 2018 has just started. Join the Divine Order as they celebrate truth and those who champion it. Festival is located at Tai Chi room, inside the Diviner area in Kugnae at 126,169.

Here is a list of all new people who are taking the oath to forsake all lies during this Festival:

Asoma, IcePixy, Kaibella, KhalDrogo, LilMissM, Meridius, Milana, Rhaegal, Sahara, Stormin, Trucidont, Valla and Vanita.

Here's a copy of Elder Sieo's speech that opened the event:
When we are very young, what are the lessons that are taught to us? Play nicely with others. Share what you are able to. Be helpful where you can. Be friendly and respectful to those around you. And, of course, always tell the truth.

It is sad that we lose some or even all of these lessons as we grow older, but it is never too late to reclaim and practice again what we learned in youth. The search for truth is eternal and can become all consuming but it is a cause worth fighting for.

And though the struggle may tire us as so many around us are willing to spread deceptions and outright falsehoods masquerading as truth, we must become even more dedicated in our efforts to reveal the facts. The marks one can earn when a Diviner Guide notices them demonstrate this dedication and are called collectively "The Path to Truth". Today, we gather to celebrate those who are willing to and have taken one of the largest steps towards bringing truth to the world.

Swearing the Oath to Forsake all Lies is not a simple Oath. It means that one is dedicating themselves to the path to truth in the world and that they will strive, in everything they do, to reveal the underlying Truths of everything and spread these truths to others, even at the cost of Their own happiness or lives.

And make no mistake! Truth can be a harrowing ordeal! How we each see the world is colored and tainted by the experiences that we have endured and the challenges we have faced. What one person might see as truth, another might see as false. How can we possibly understand the absolute truth of something when we all see it differently?

The answer is to rationally discuss with each other what we each perceive, calmly compare other truths against our own, analyze our truths critically compared to other truths we are presented with, and finally make an informed decision about how the truths might fit together.

But how do we analyze critically when two people believe a different truth about the same thing? By accepting that what -IS- truth and what we -BELIEVE- is truth are two different things. No individual can know the absolute truth about anything, but our lifetimes are spent moving ever closer towards the truths that we see as important to us. The crafter who compares their experiences with other crafters becomes better at their trade and moves ever closer to actual truth.

This is why we have the saying, "There's always something else to learn." There is always another truth to pursue. We are no longer children, regardless of our age. We have seen far too much to ever again be children. Now, as adults, we must rely on what we learned long ago and act in a way that would make our younger selves approve of who they have become.

Play nicely with others. Share what you are able to. Be helpful where you can. Be friendly and respectful to those around you. And, of course, always tell the truth.

Schedule of Events (EST):

12 pm: Ritual Oath binding and Rewards
1 pm: Truth in Karma & Tao, hosted by LaminAr
2 pm: The Meaning of Trustworthy, hosted by TaiPatron
3 pm: Elemental Truths, hosted by SinAfaye
4 pm: Mission of Truth, hosted by Creses

A G'oh tourney hosted by Mood will also be taking place starting at 1 pm.

All events will have awards and prizes including cash, items, and possibly Legend Marks. Come enjoy this unique Festival, with events held by multiple paths and organized by the Diviner. Next one will be just in 2019, so you don't want to miss this!

Wisdom shared by the Old Fisherman
Posted by: Vini -- 10:00 PM EST

Listening to the old Tershthe can be quite a hassle since he can be quite repetitive in the stories he tells, but patience-test aside, each of the stories he speaks about is very interesting and adds another piece to the big puzzle that involves the stories of the Taal'yeein. After studying over the 10 stories told by the fisherman this is what we found:

About Truakh:
  • Through Tershthe we learn more about a sort of mysterious deity called "Truakh", to whom all the Taal'yeein are devoted to, even Queen Taeniuru. They seem to have a Truakh's Temple somewhere at the enclave, probably inside one of the many locked buildings. He claims that the Taal'yeein visits the temple regularly to worship and offer gifts, so they all know its location.

    About Bloodrose trees:
  • We also learn that Bloodrose trees grow abundant in the Temple. And if you remember Leepula told us that bloodrose petals and bloodberries extracts are used by Taal'yeein to weaken and control minds of people. Tershthe mentions that in the Taal'yeein Enclave there is a bloodrose tree just got one in front of the Palace. He also says that in the Queen's personal chambers there are many bloodrose trees.

    About the Dark Priest:
  • From the old fisherman we also learn more about the infamous and untracked Dark Priest, whom the Taal'yeein respect so much. The Dark Priest seems to be a disciple of the deity Truakh himself. And, from Leepula, we also heard that the Dark Priest is a devout follower of Truakh and that he is versed in the arts of black magiks. According to the old fisherman, the Dark Priest is super powerful, and no one dares to stand up to him. We hear that the Dark Priest was the one who learned the mystery of separating souls from the bodies they're in and how to mend soul and body whole once again. If the Dark Priest was truly the first to learn this, then it's another indication that the Shamans learned the ability to take other human souls from learning it from the Taal'yeein. The old man Tershthe also mentions that the Dark Priest is super powerful, and none equals him, except the deity Truakh himself. However, from Leepula we heard that the Dark Priest powers were only rivaled by those of Taeniuru. So, either Tershthe or Leepula doesn't know well enough to evaluate the Dark Priest's power.

    About Taiisrhaa
  • We also know now the kin relation between Taiisrhaa and Taeniuru. Taiisrhaa is her younger brother, instead of her son. According to Tershthe, Taiishraa was the most devoted follower of his sister Queen Taeniuru, but it seems he disobeyed her twice now. The first time, according to the fisherman was to stop the execution of a little nine-tailed fox child they caught: Suvola. Tershthe also confirms how initially Taiishraa treated her like a pet, before switching his speech to calling her "companion". This seems to have infuriated Queen Taeniuru because according to Tershthe the nine-tailed foxes sworn enemies of the Taal'yeein. So due to that betrayal of saving an enemy and calling it "companion" and then getting married to a human (Barbarian Elder SkoGul), was what got Taeniuru so angry to the point of imprisoning her brother for over 20 Hyuls now.

    About Taeniuru
  • As mentioned before, it seems even Queen Taeniuru acknowledges and reveres Truakh's stance. Tershthe says that she lives in a crystal that is in a far labyrinth protected by Blue flame Keepers and that to enter it one needs to have a Rune of Phoenix. He confirms that Taal'yeein are soulless creatures and that they steal souls of others because they do not have one of their own, but that the Queen promised that one day they would all have a soul. He reveals that it was Taeniuru who gathered them together, gave them strength and purpose. He mentions that without her they could have ended up like the village of Blue Moon.

About Blue Moon Village and the Ancient Island
  • The village of Blue Moon is a place undiscovered by our community, probably accessible going east from the River of Stones since Tershthe mentions the village lays behind him. He says that most of its citizens have been slaughtered by an evil that has no name and that the remaining ones hold tight to a glittering hope that no night can absorb. Tershthe shortly mentions that traveling the River of Stones is a lost art, which is why the boat there stands unmanned. The old fisherman says that following the River of Stones, it can bring us towards something good or something wicked and that ahead of him lays beautiful, ancient island, so that means the way to the island is West (good) and Blue Moon Village is east (wicked). He claims that in the island there are 8 Guardians that together hone and protect knowledge and wisdom of the world since the beginning of time. He also says that in the village there are no 'guardians'.

  • Now here is where things get more interesting. By checking back the news from Nexus Atlas from Hyul 75, we can find an old interview we had with Lucretius Laframbois. In such interview, he mentioned an island called "The Island of Alihoru", which he described as a peculiar place and that people who reach it and is approved by the Guardians shall ascend spiritually and physically. Lucretius said that if he knew where the island was, he would be wiser and stronger. As I mentioned back then, sounds like the place to go to become Oh san. This fabled island Lucretius mentioned was it was a place where time stands still and that such island was once a popular "destination of sorts". Taiishraa once mentioned that the fragments of an old map that we found back in the ship of the Undead Captain were to the location of that island Perhaps someone could take one of those fragments to Tershthe or Lucretius Laframbois if they still have one.

    About the Taal'yeein Castle
  • Tershthe mentions that the Taal'yeein Castle is a place rich in secrets and that in the depths of the furthest dungeons there is a place Altar of Lost Souls. He claims that such an altar is dangerous because it can trap our silver threads which bind our body and soul together and forever bending the thread to the Altar. He claims that once that happens there is no escape from it, trapped souls are doomed forever. He also mentions that the castle is filled with paintings of a pretty girl who he doesn't know who she is, but he thinks she must be important. He says that the paintings are more interesting because of the surrounding of them.

  • Now here's a small theory with very little evidence: the pretty girl in the pictures could be young Tevae painted the way the Faerie kingdom remembered her. However, when Tevae left their kingdom, Queen Taeinuru took over her castle and made it her own, claiming it then to be of the Taal'yeen, instead of faeries. Or maybe the Taal'yeen were actually faeries but forgot about Tevae. This one makes less sense.

    About Sinko Deceivers
  • According to Tershthe, the Sinko clan is a tight-knit family of beautiful yet deceiving female assassins. He claims that they can communicate with each other telepathically and can feel each other's pain. According to the old fisherman, their strength comes from their specially-made dress gear and that they drain the dress in the blood of people they slay to gain their power. According to what he said, the dresses are passed from mother to daughter, and all the knowledge and wisdom that was gathered by generations before is preserved in the threads of the dress.

  • He also mentions how Truhart fell in love with a girl that nearly brought the whole town down and was gone as quick as she appeared. Could Truhart have fallen in love with a Sinko deceiver?

This is an analysis of the main things we could learn from Tershthe and connect with other previous learning we have obtained. The pieces of the puzzle are connecting more and more, but if you would like to help further perhaps check out the full transcript of the 10 stories by Tershthe and see if there's any important detail we might have missed in the recap above. Although they have no correct order, we tried putting them here in such an order that would make more sense:

Hello there traveler. Fancy meeting you here... River of Stones is an acquired state, here I thought I was the only one appreciative of its unique beauty.
I do enjoy my time here. But, I must be leaving soon, as I am running of out bait. Otherwise, I'd love to sit and chat with you some more again. Then again, you could be a dear and bring this old man some bait...I can tell you where to find some.
I need rough coal pieces, that's the best bait for the likes that inhabit this sort of...river. So why don't you head to the White Forest.
The ground there is tarry, so you'll be able to gather plenty of coal pieces in no time. Bring me a nice load and we can talk for hours!
Our Queen has a strong force behind her; Dark Priest is not one to trifle with.

Disciple of Truakh himself, there's no creature stronger than him, and it is he who encouraged our Queen to settle here and make it home.

His will is absolute, what he wants, he gets.

No one dares to stand up to him, for he learned the mystery of separating souls from the bodies they're in...

And I guess he knows how to mend soul and body whole once again.

None equal to the Dark Priest... Except perhaps Truakh himself. We have a Truakh's Temple here and visit it regularly to worship and offer gifts.

Even Queen Taeniuru herself is said to acknowledge and revere Truakh's stance.

She and the Dark Priest gather their energy and magic knowledge from Truakh's ample basins.
One should be careful about things they may find.

After all, in order for someone to find something, someone must have left it there. And how often you find people throwing about some nice, useful things...

Now, a more solemn school of thought would be that a something that is left, is something to beware of.

For someone can always lay a trap for a someone else, and a sparkling gem of a trap will certainly appeal to a many someone.

In such bleak times, Thanks Truakh there's Tezsaura.

She knows things. And... of things. She can help with many curses. Though her services do not come cheap.
Bloodrose trees grow abundant in the Temple of Truakh. Here in the Enclave we just got one in front of the Palace.

I hear Queen Taeniuru's personal chambers have a nice number of bloodrose trees, very fancy and valuable.

But, she's the Queen after all!

I purchase them at the local market for most part. It's far too dangerous to venture into the depths of Truakh's Temple. Many known to not have returned.

However, the powers within these trees are immense. Mostly we gather the petals from these trees when they bloom. Then, they can be stored by drying them out.

If you think you're strong enough to venture to into the Temple of Truakh for these bloodrose petals or the bloodberries, then luck be with you.

    You going to need it.
I heard her brother disobeyed her. Her own flesh and blood, no less. Yep!

It's long been told to children how inseparable they were. He was most devoted, loved his sister to pieces. He even left home to be by her side, when she ran away.

But, he's of a weak nature, unlike her. I am surprised she did not figure this out the time he stopped execution of that little nine-tailed fox child we caught. It's a common knowledge those creatures are up to no good and are out kind's sworn enemy.

Yet, he couldn't let er die. He wanted a pet, apparently! Well, now we know how it all ended. He's stuck in a prison cell, and his pet abandoned him, living life at large. That's how little fox repaid him for saving her life.

I was him, I would have killed her too, right then along with her parents. But, oh well. Highbreeds have their own agenda.
She lives in a crystal, our queen, yep!

Finding your way to the crystal is no easy fit, the crystal is in a far labyrinth that's protected by the high members of the Blue flame Keepers.

And even if you do end up finding it, it won't do you much good, for to enter it you'll have to possess a special rune, a Rune of Phoenix. Not many of them are left around, only those in high positions are lucky to possess such a treasure.

So us, simple folks stand no chance to see her.

And no big loss that is. From what I hear terrible, terrible things are going on in her castle.
Those that are snatched...er..invited to live within...are never the same.

And yet, she is our Queen, and we must obey her. She gathered us together, gave us strength, gave us purpose. Who knows, we might have ended up like poor village of Blue Moon if wasn't for her.
Taal'yeein Castle is rich in secrets.

Rumor has it that in the very depths of the furthest dungeons there sits a special alter, called an Altar of Lost Souls.

One must be careful around it, for it traps your silver thread forever bending it to its will.

There is no escape from it, trapped souls are doomed forever.
It appears that the castle is filled with painting of a particular one girl.

I, personally don't know who she might be, but I am sure it's someone important.

Otherwise, her portrait wouldn't be just everywhere there, would it, right.

Something about it is uncanny anyway. Perhaps, it's not the girl herself, but what surrounds her that should be paid attention to.

Perhaps, it's just a very pretty girl.

Maybe even it's her own doing! Hahaha!
    Women are wicked creatures!

Especially those Sinko deceivers. Underneath heavenly beauty lays a heart of an experienced assassin.

Such a tight-knit clan, family is everything for them.

It is said that they are able to communicate between each other telepathically and can feel each other's pain.

Much of their strength comes from their specially-made dress gear. Dresses get passed along from mother to daughter, and all the knowledge and wisdom that was gathered by generations before is preserved in the threads of the dress.

They even have a special blood ritual. They literally drain the dress in the blood of the slain to gain their power. They've gathered so much power, that the only way to stop them is again...with the fabled Rune of Phoenix.
Truhart has the most beautiful voice in all the lands. Some say his music made him so pure that he earned a soul of his very own.

But how can a creature with a soul be so mindless!

He fell in love with a girl that nearly brought our whole town down, and was gone as quick as she appeared. So sentimental.... Youth these days...

So all he's been doing since is looking for her or pining for her or singing about her.

I am at peace about this whole soul business. Our Queen will ensure we all have one eventually. I trust her ways.
If you follow the River of Stones, it can bring you towards something good...or something WICKED... Ahead of me lays a beautiful, ancient island.

There are 8 Guardians there, that together hone and protect knowledge and wisdom of the world. So it has been since the beginning of time.

Behind me lays a desolate village of Blue Moon. There are no guardians left there, as most of its citizens have been slaughtered by an evil that has no name.

Yet, the island ahead is trapped in a dark curse...

And the village behind holds tight to a glittering hope that no night can absorb.

This boat here stands unmanned, for traveling along this River of Stones is deemed a lost art.
My oh my, where the time has gone! I enjoyed our time together. You've been very patience with this old man. But now its truly time to go.

A lot of information could be collected from the stories told by Tershthe, but there is still more we can unfold. Our community has been haunted by the charms and trickery of the Taal'yeein for too long. It's about time we turn the tide and unmask their secrets.

    Who is Tevae?
Posted by: Vini -- 11:35 PM EST

This is a question many struck with when they saw an unknown woman imprisoned in Taal'yeein Prison. Should you free her from her chains or is she a danger for us all?
Before rushing into freeing someone who have barely no information about, it's important to try to gain some. And by talking to the nine-tails fox Leepula also there in the prison we could obtain some more information about who Tevae might be.

From what we could understand, according to what Leepula and the gossip girls were talking about, here is what we know so far.

Tevae was a Princess of the magical Faerie Kingdom, who had the gift of not just foreseeing things, but also could influence the future with her thoughts. People used to travel to there to learn more about their fate, some with good intentions and some without.
It seems that when she was still young, the twin-scholars Lucretius Laframbois and Lucius Laframbois ended up finding the faerie kingdom and feel in love with her. They ended up fighting because of hear and both parted ways.

While the Laframbois brothers seem to be gone, another known figure to us came by: Taeniuru found out about Tevae and wanted to control her. Therefore, she instructed a pair of elite Taal'yeein to infiltrate the Faerie Kingdom to learn more about her and their land. Who could be this elite pair? Teuusthra and Tiiluri? Probably. But whoever these elite pair of infiltrated Taal'yeein were, they seemed to offer drinks the blindly trusting Faeries. It seems short after their arrival the Faerie King passed away, perhaps poisoned by them, perhaps not. Sounds like what happened to King Geumwa of Buya at least, no? Either way, it seems that the pair of Taal'yeein gained her confidence and somehow caused her to fall ill. They began treating her with false healing salves, much like the ones Taiishraa used to give to Queen Yun of Koguryo. Fact is now we seem to know that the "healing salves" are in fact bloodberries extracts from Bloodrose trees. It seems that after a while they gave her a necklace with bloodrose petals, she became sick and couldn't see anymore.

She left her kingdom until her foreseeing gift was pure again. She and Sally left on a journey and started traveling with a crew or pirates led by Captain Tehsu (who we know as the Undead Captain). Her beauty once again stole the heart of another man and this time was corresponded. She married Captain Tehsu and had a child named Ophelia Teshu, yes, the little pirate girl we met years ago. In her journey's She somehow got rid of the necklace, but while it seems Tevae story was about to reach a "happily ever after" is when the tragedy struck them hard. During one of their journeys from port to port a strange man entered their ship. It was a devout follow of Truakh religion, he was the one Taal'yeein call the Dark Priest. He stripped every one of the pirate crew of their souls and that is when Captain Tehsu became the Undead Captain as we know.

So, as we could understand, Tevae is Ophelia's mother, was married to Captain Tehsu (the Undead Captain) and is the queen to a mysterious magical Faerie kingdom. According to the story told by Leepula, there's no reason to believe Tevae can have evil intentions. So, if you choose to free her, at least you have a bit more understanding now of the choice you're doing.

For a full transcript of what Leepula says when you ask about Tevae read below:

"You are curious about who Tevae is, eh?

Tevae is the daughter of the old Faerie King. A Queen in her own right, now that her father is gone to the Other World. Her kingdom is far away from here, if you ever decide to look for it, all you have to do is follow the Sun.

A Kingdom that's filled with magic, all sorts of fairfolk call it their home, there are faeries, pixies and even grumpy old owls! A Queen of a magic Kingdom surely must be magical herself, you wonder?

And so it was. As Tevae grew, so did her abilities, of which the greatest was a gift of foresight. At the age of first bloom, Tevae became an accomplished Seer like no other, she could foretell what is to come with crystal clarity and what's more...

She could influence the future with her thoughts. Naturally, many close and not so close Kingdoms heard of this wonder, and while a lot of people traveled to her seeking enlightenment, some had less honorable intentions. A great gift like that can be quite dangerous if it were to fall into the wrong hands...

Magic Kingdom's market grew and flourished so it drew more and more travelers. And through one such traveling merchant or adventurer, Taeniuru, found out about Tevae. She sent a pair of elite Taal'yeein to find out more about the Princess and the magic kingdom overall. She instructed them to assimilate in the kingdom and blend in as much as they can.
Taeniuru wanted to find a way to control Tevae, and through her future. She did not care how she'd get there, trickery or force, any means necessary. And so the ever charismatic Taal'yeein pair quickly charmed their way to be invited to live in the royal palace. Engaging conversationalists, they always had an exciting story to tell, and some exotic drink to offer. Soon after, Faerie King had an unfortunate accident and passed into Other World, and these two were there to console the young Princess, helping her to transition into Queen.

Fairfolk is trusting by nature and needless to say, after all that has happened, these two became much trusted by all.
It was about that time when the young Queen Tevae began to feel ill. Frequent fainting episodes interfered with her visions, with only help coming from her "good friends"...the Taal'yeein. Raised in love and harmony, Tevae never suspected her friends would deceive her. But, they've been diligently feeding her bloodberry extract, which they referred to as the healing salve.

The juice of the bloodberries interfered with her visions, corrupting her gift. Tevae's spirit was strong, and with time she began to develop resistance. Afraid of being discovered for what they truly are, one of the Taal'yeein ventured back to Taeniuru. Although once again all he brought back with him was a red bloom, this time it was far more insidious; the petals of the bloodrose, for that's what this flower is called, were gleaming with the Curse of the Truakh.

Fashioned into a simple necklace, it looked innocent and appealing. Taal'yeein left the necklace amongst the gifts that the fairfolk bring to their Queen and when she saw it she immediately placed it on her neck. For a moment bloodrose shone even brighter, like a speck of starshine it iluminated the Queen in effervescent light. Next moment, however, the petals shivered and flower looked abandoned of all color, brittle and gray. Tevae's mind felt clouded and her body weak. She tried to take off the necklace, but to no avail. It is then that she realized there was a curse placed upon it. She could no longer control her visions. Confused and afraid of the unknown danger that this could present to her people, Tevae decided to leave her Kingdom until such a time that her gift is once again pure.

She left her Aunt in charge and for the first time in her life set her foot outside, heading eastward in search of someone she knew to have great knowledge about artifacts and whatnot. Her only companion was her devoted maid, Sally.
Tevae and Sally's path was not an easy one. For years they've went from one place to another, learning along the way. I am not sure when or where it happened, but eventually Tevae was able to rid herself of that cursed bloodrose necklace.

Although now free, she was hesitant to return back home. Now older and wiser, she realized that Taal'yeein were after her, and that her presence will endanger any place she'll settle in. She decided that until she is strong enough to make sure no harm comes to those around her, she will not return home or settle anywhere. And, so she's been traveling with a crew of pirates, going from place to place, never settling anywhere for too long. Being a young lady of uncanny beauty, she quickly stole the heart of the Captain. Being a young man with a penchant to singing romantic sailor songs, the Captain quickly stole hers. They feel in love and were married amongst the waves of the sea. They had a child too, Ophelia.

Five years passed in bliss. Even Sally enjoyed the sea life! But chance would have it, one day their ship was boarded by a tall, brooding figure of a man. At first he kept to himself, wishing to be left alone. All that changed when he saw Tevae, for she was the reason for his travels. As he was sent by Taeniuru, he's been searching every little corner for the runaway Queen. After all the years, he has finally found her. A devout follower of Truakh, this man was well versed in the arts of black magiks. His power were only rivaled by those of Taeniuru. He was called the Dark Priest.
Amidst growing chaos and storm, Tevae realized what he was there for. Afraid for her daughter, she asked Sally to bring Ophelia to Mother Rock. She gave her a letter addressed to one L. 'Laframbois', Mother Rock was to give it to him.
Tevae then instructed Sally to say that the ship sank and the girl is an orphan. With that, she mustered up her remaining magic and willed a small boat to take Sally and Ophelia safely ashore.

Sally, though a simple girl was very devoted. She has done as was told, but once the child was safe, Sally decided to find Tevae and do what she can to help her. When she finally got back to the ship, it was in a pitiful state.
The Dark Priest spared no lives. Poor Captain and his crew were stripped of their souls and turned into mindless creatures. As much as he tried, The Dark Priest could not take Tevae's soul. Her mind instinctively concocted and an impenetrable cocoon, and so although in deep sleep, but she was safe. Sally's fate was not much better. The Dark Priest wanted to find Ophelia to user her as leverage against her mother.

He tortured Sally into madness trying to find out little girl's whereabouts, but Sally would not speak a word. Her so was "spared", as Dark Priest had no need for a soul turned to madness, so he left her to run around the ship oblivious to the world. I am not sure what come of her, I hope some kind people too her in. It would be a pity if she was adrift at the sea forever. So, while I am not in need of being saved, help Tevae. If you set her free, little Suvola could carry her over to our people, we will help her heal."

We'll work on updating the History profile of Ophelia and other characters involved in this event after we finish analyzing all of the current findings and comparing with the information we had obtained from old events.

  • Information obtained from the gossip girls
Posted by: Vini -- 1:00 PM EST

Eavesdropping other people's conversation isn't a polite thing to do, but when you're on a market full of people trying to decipher a foreign Folk story book you can't really help but to overhear interesting information when two women are loudly gossiping about it, especially when it reveals a lot about what we've been learning over the Taal'yeein.

The conversation in particular took place between two women called Tocalle and Cossieppie, who can be found at the marketplace of Taal'yeein enclave.

For the transcription of these 51 popups scroll down to the bottom of this post.

Stopping by to listen to their gossip allows to learn quite a few interesting things:

    About Talgrea:
It seems that the meat weight-lifting woman cooks or sells toasty crunchies, although no one was able to get one from her yet. It seems she's overworked because her sister Therese is no longer helping her.

    About Therese:
Therese is nowhere to be found in the Enclave and it seems Therese's younger daughter is missing and may have been kidnapped (And no one announced an Amber alert for this). Therese's husband keeps looking for their missing daughter and doesn't but sit gloomy by his kilns. He's nowhere to be found either. These two unknown people seem to be parents of Truhart and Trusolle as well.

    About Truhart:
Truhart seems to have been left aside by his parents and people believe he's daydreaming and has falling in love with an imaginary girl. That's probably who he refers to as shooting star.

    About Teeky:
It seems Teeky is the only other single boy in the same age as Truhart, but he sleeps most of the day and only wakes up to eat. Perhaps shoving food in his face may wake him up.

    About Tluuki:
Although he talks in a different language, it seems he makes some frogskin pancakes. By the name of it sounds disgusting, but the gossip ladies must think it's delicious as Tocalle feeds it to her son, Tamtam.

    About Truhleptuurumpass:
He seems to be unpopular here and has no friends among the Taal'yeein. He seems to fancy Tocalle, even though she's a married woman. According to Tocalle he seems to be a friend of both Lafambois brothers, Lucretius and Lucius.

    About Lucius Lafambois:
This is where the gossip gets really interesting. Tocalle shared the information Lucius had secretly told Truhleptuurumpass about the Lafambois brothers past. According to this information Lucius and Lucretius are twin brothers and both were scholars and avid travelers, going as far west as land took them. From what we could understand, one time long ago, they were running away from something in a deep forest and ended up in a meadow full of faeries. They had entered a kingdom of faeries and were welcomed by their King to the castle. There they met with the Princess and both fell in love with her.
That Princess we now know is Tevae, mother of Ophelia Tehsu.
It seems that after Lucretius and Lucius had a big dispute over their beloved one, they ended up both giving up on her for the other, but without communicating between themselves they ended both leaving and parting ways in life.

To help us investigate relevant information throughout a bunch of gossip conversation, here is a transcription of the conversation taken place between those two:

    01. Tocalle: Many new faces as of late.

    02. Cossieppie: I wonder what could that mean. Maybe they've come for the market?

    03. Tocalle: I suppose so. Though I am surprised. Not like there's anything worth long traveling for. A market just like the rest of 'em I am sure.

    04. Cossieppie: Well, I travel long for Talgrea's toasty crunchies. There's no such stuff back home.

    05. Tocalle: Speaking of Talgrea, do you know she's been working day and night, now that her sister no longer helps her?

    06. Cossieppie: Oh, yes! I heard, I heard... Poor Therese. Wouldn't wish that onto anyone.

    07. Tocalle: Mhmm. I don't let Tamtam out of my sight. I don't know what I would do if someone stole him from me. Poor Therese. (at this moment Tocalle was patting her son on his head)

    08. Cossieppie: Was she a bad mother?

    09. Tocalle: No, not at all. She took great care of her daughter. That's why it took us all by -surprise- when the girl disappeared. Therese's inconsolable, and her husband is not much better either.
    10. Tocalle: All he does is look for his daughter or sits all gloomy by his kilns. I don't think he's made anything new since. That family is in such a pitiful state, I tell you. First Truhart, now this...

    11. Cossieppie: Truhart is so dreamy. I used to pine for him, until he's gone completely mad.

    12. Tocalle: Yea, poor lad. I don't think it can be helped though. This is what happens when one's left to their own devices. Once you start daydreaming it becomes so easy to lose touch with reality.

    13. Tocalle: It's a slippery slope! So many girls here his age, and he imagines one up and falls for her, too! I won't let this happen to my Tamtam.

    14. Cossieppie: Tamtam is growing up so fast! He's adorable. May I treat him to some frogskin pancakes. (at this moment Cossieppie pinched Tamtam's cheek)

    15. Tocalle: Sure, that's his favorite. I see Tluuki is making a fresh round there. So, let's wait 'til it's done.

    16. Cossieppie: Okay! Oh! I've finally saved up for one of those lavish fans, but I can't get Teeky to wake up! Boy is gonna sleep his life away.

    17. Tocalle: That's Teeky, our other "available" bachelor! Well... I ~did~ see him awake. Though that was while he was eating. (At this moment both ladies were laughing)

    18. Tocalle: I don't know how much help that is, but maybe shove some food in his face and see if that'll wake him up. I don't know!

    19. Cossieppie: What about that guy by the scrolls, dressed really simple, with a cane? I don't think I've seen him around here before. What's the deal with him?

    20. Tocalle: Oh, don't tell me, you fancy HIM?! He's thrice your age! Probably more!!!

    21. Cossieppie: Oh, no, no. Don't be silly! I was just wondering. He's on speaking terms with Truhleptuurumpass. No one's on speaking terms with Truhleptuurumpass.

    22. Tocalle: Well, I am on speaking terms with Truhleptuurumpass actually. But, anyways, about his friend... I've heard that he's a great scholar and that he traveled the whole world back and forth and then some. And that he was a real lady's man in his prime...

    23. Cossieppie: Oh, I can believe that! He's so polite and everything! And he's not that bad looking either; old as time yet still got a full head of hair! I went up to him earlier and asked him what he sells.

    24. Cossieppie: He said not much, that's here to help his, guess what, -friend- Truhleptuurumpass to organize his antic's shop.

    25. Cossieppie: I honestly can't believe someone call Truhleptuurumpass a 'friend'. But, apparently, he's got an eye for things and can figure out what's what.

    26. Tocalle: Well, I've heard that he's on the run! YEP. Apparently, some long time ago, when he was a lady's man... (both girls giggle again) He and his brother fell in love with no less than a Princess!

    27. Cossieppie: A Princess?!?!

    28. Tocalle: Yep. A Princess. He had a twin brother, and both were avid travelers. They went as far west as land took them. One time long ago, they were running away from whatnot, and found themselves going in circles in the deep forest.

    29. Tocalle: They wandered all through the day, but when night came they were just as lost as before.

(At this moment Tocalle's voice was as low as a whisper)

    30. Tocalle: They kept on, until a small meadow appeared in their path. Although it was close to midnight, they could see this meadow very clear, as abundant moonlight bounced off of every flower and every leaf of grass.

    31. Tocalle: For the first time in a long while, brothers felt at peace. They walked onto the meadow and saw tiny little creatures dancing amidst the flowers and mushrooms...

    32. Cossieppie: What little creatures were those?!

(At this point Tocalle voice was so low to hear anything, but we could see her mouthing a word)

    33. Tocalle: Faeries.

    34. Tocalle: Brothers were invited to Faerie King Castle. There they met the Princess, and both feel in love with her!

    35. Cossieppie: Oh my. Both brothers fell in love with the same girl??

    36. Tocalle: Yep. Wild, right? Both felt it was a true love, neither one wanted to step away. So, they made their stay with the fair folk quite extended, fighting for Fairy Princess's affections.

    37. Cossieppie: Which brother did she choose?

    38. Tocalle: No idea. These two were at a brink of madness, and almost fought each other to death over her. And, that's when he [mentioning Lucius] decided to follow the path of honor and to sacrifice his happiness for his brother. He gathered his things, took one last look at the Princess and left without looking back.

    39. Tocalle: It was such a hard decision to make that he couldn't even muster up strength to say goodbye to his brother. So, he just up and left.

    40. Cossieppie: Just like that??!

    41. Tocalle: Yep. Juuust like that. He gave up his one true love and devoted the rest of his life to scholarly studies. He isn't all sullen and gloomy though, like Truhart. He's quite nice to talk with.

    42. Cossieppie: So, he told you all that? His life story?

    43. Tocalle: Goodness, no. I am not one to pry! I learned this all from Truhleptuurumpass.

    44. Cossieppie: I thought Truhleptuurumpass doesn't like to talk to anybody.

    45. Tocalle: Well, I am not anybody dear! I am quite a fetching woman! Anyway, Truhleptuurumpass fancies me. He'll do anything I say, haha.

    46. Cossieppie: Tocalle! You're a married woman!

    47. Tocalle: Yes, I know, I know. And I appreciate my husband dearly. I am just being friendly to Truhleptuurumpass. Up until recently I was his only conversation companion! Now he's got his friend over though, so I can rest a little!

    48. Tocalle: You know what else Truhleptuurumpass told me? He said that his friend's brother, by some maddening trick of fate made the same decision!!! He, too, left the fairy kingdom that same day... and also without saying goodbye to his brother.

    49. Tocalle: So, they BOTH left never to return! One going to the left and the other to the right! Love NEVER leads anything good, see.

    50. Cossieppie: Hmm. This sure sounds like some tall tales. How does Truhleptuurumpass know what happened to his friend's brother?

    51. Tocalle: Oh, Truhleptuurumpass is friends with them both. The other apparently visited not that long ago. Something to do with searching about for special healing runes. Oh, look! Tluuki's frogskin pancakes are done! Let's go get them for Tamtam while they're hot!

Perhaps there might be a way to get more information straight from the people they were gossiping about. Share your findings and stay tuned to Nexus Atlas for more interesting development in this new-found-land.

    Taal'yeein Event Walk-Through Part 2: A Collection: Coal & Stories
Posted by: IcePixy -- 12:21 AM EST

Tershthe the fisherman is quite the fountain of information! You find him fishing in a water-less river called the East River of Stones (096,000) above the Market.

If you speak to him he will ask you to collect some Rough Coal Pieces which can be found in the White Forest(014,017).
Before entering the White Forest consider purchasing a Bright Lantern at 5,000 gold from Tuuskaa(011,018) who is kind enough to sell them to us, for he knows that menacing shadows lurk in the forest. ((these coords are for Main Map of Taal'yeein Enclave))

There is a second entrance (000,018) to the White Forest located directly to the south-west of Tershthe in the East River of Stones.

While you are collecting your 10 Rough Coal Pieces, bear in mind there is a West and East field accessible via the East Bored and West Bored Rocks (045,015) in the White Forest.

Once you collect 10 of the Rough Coal Pieces return to Tershthe and he'll provide you with some information. Each time you provide him with more "Bait", he will entertain you with another story!

Note: You may want to put some time in between each batch as it seems handing them in too close together can result in many story re-tellings.

So far, we have collected the following stories/clues:

Once you have listened to all of his stories, you will be rewarded with the following legend mark:

Credit to Meridius for legend mark and info

There must be much more to explore than what we have thus far found! If you find more information/stories, please let a NA Reporter know!

Taal'yeein Event Walkthrough - Part 1: Rescuing Prisoners
Posted by: Vini -- 10:40 PM EST

If you have been following up the recent events and read the Taal'yeein dossier published here a couple weeks ago you already know how the story leading here to this event. If not, here is a quick recap.

During the Koguryo Royal Ball in Hyul 70 celebrating the return of Yun and the pregnancy of the new Queen, the mysterious Taiisrhaa showed up and with his charming cheap talk and extravagant charisma, he befriended Queen Yun over the course of the following months. Perceptive and resourceful, Taiisrhaa quickly studied to become a Shaman, and due to his closeness with Yun, he ended up forcing himself to be appointed the new 'Royal Shaman' and began showing much interest in her pregnancy, giving her daily drops of healing salve, which we now know were bloodberry extract used by Taal'yeein to keep their victims under control. However, although the Koguryo Royalty seemed enchanted by Taiisrhaa's personality, the people working around them weren't and continued suspecting his behavior and kept investigating Taiisrhaa until they caught him in his lies.

After being caught by Koguryo authorities using fake healing salves to Queen Yun, King M'hul banished him from Koguryo and well-informed of what happened, the royalty of Buya and of Nagnang also didn't welcome him in their kingdoms. Taiisrhaa then moved to live secluded at the wilderness, where he met SkoGul, the elder of Barbarians. He fell for her and despite her despise for royals, living together with her started changed his Taal'yeein ways. In Hyul 76 he and SkoGul decided to get married, but upon hearing that he had betrayed the Taal'yeein ways to marry a human, his kin (mother or sister) Taeniuru, who is the Queen of Taal'yeein felt betrayed by him and ordered Taiisrhaa to return to their enclave, to avoid a bloodbath. Ever since then Taiisrhaa has been kept locked by his own kin inside the dungeons of Taal'yeein Prison.

For years, his "companion" Suvola tried to track him without success, but the recent events involving another Taal'yeein allowed Suvola to quitely follow Treilsaare as she escaped from imprisonment in Kugnae few days ago. She followed them and discovered the entrance to the Taal'yeein Enclave inside Kugnae Snake Cave. Now, little Suvola finally finished digging that hole she was working so hard on. The entry is from behind the Taal'yeein Castle and it leads into one of the abandoned tunnels inside. That's the way to Taiisrhaa.

Now, 21 Hyuls later we can find Taiisrhaa locked in Taal'yeein prison and perhaps assist in rescuing not just him, but various other prisoners, such as powerful faerie called Tevae. Your quest, if you choose to accept it is to infiltrate the Taal'yeein prison from the hole that Suvola dug up behind the Taal'yeein Castle and free the prisoners there.

    Walkthrough:

    Entering the Taal'yeein Enclave:
Go to Kugnae Snake Cave at 200,071 in Kugnae, north of east gate.
Keep going deeper until you reach the Worm pits. Once there, instead of going south to Golden soil, take the stairs on the southwest of the area to reach the Snake Coil. Once in the Snake Coil you'll see a hut, crawl your way into it and you'll fall into the Taal'yeein Enclave.

You may want to use the map from the previous post to find your way around the enclave faster.

    1. Head all the way north to find the Taal'yeein market. West of it you'll find two old men called Trick and Ortrit at 074,008. Talk to Tric first and he will mention that he is worried how everyone there might soon end up in the Taal'yeein prison. Due to the multiple people coming to talk to him today, he suspects you're also headed to the dungeon and he decides to help you. He says that his friend Ortrit is related to the guard on duty and that he can help.

    2. After you finish talking to Tric, Ortrit will finally talk with you and will warn you of the dangers of going to the dungeon. He then offers you to loan his badge of allegiance to the Taal'yeein.

Once you get the Taal'yeein badge do not talk (click) to Ortrit again or else you'll end up giving back the badge to him and won't be able to move forward with the quest.

    3. Now it's time to gear up with tools for a prison break. First talk to Tantan a bit to the east at 090,006 and buy a Gilded lockpick for 10,000 coins.

    4. Next move further east to find Truhleptuurumpass at 098,006 and buy Ethereal scissors from him for 7,218 coins.

    5. Last but not least on your gear preparation, go a bit south on the market and talk to Taliis to purchase a Tiny Guard Uniform for 5,000 coins, a Med. Guard uniform for 7,500 coins and a Tall Guard Uniform for 10,000 coins.

    6. Check if you have all the items necessary:
  • Taal'yeein badge
  • Gilded lockpick
  • Ethereal scissors
  • Tiny Guard Uniform
  • Med. Guard uniform
  • Tall Guard Uniform
Together they cost 39,718 coins to obtain.

    7. Now it's time to go behind the Taal'yeein Castle and enter the fresh hole at 052,036 that Suvola has dug up that leads down to the Taal Soldiers' Quarters.

    8. Once inside, make your way through the Quarters towards southwest until you reach the Taal Guard Chamber. Once there the Hired Guard tells you to state your business. Tell him you have Official business there. If you choose to say you're visiting a friend, he will tell you that no visitors are allowed and tell you to begone.

To get through this part you'll need the Taal'yeein badge you borrowed from Ortrit, why is why it's important to not return the badge until the event ends. Once he verifies the badge he will let you inside the Taal'yeein Prison.

    9. The Taal'yeein Prison has 8 cells and 5 prisoners alive. From left to right they are: a blinded faerie named Tevae, a happy hazlenut named ManlyGuy, a Fisherman in love, a talkative 9 tailed-fox called Leepula and last is Taaishraa. The order you talk to them is important, so leave Tevae and Taiishraa for last.

    a. Speak to nutty ManlyGuy at 023,005 and he ask your help to free him. He asks if you are there on business or pleasure. It doesn't matter which option you choose since the outcome is the same, so just choose whatever you feel more towards to. You'll give him the Tiny will take Tiny Guard Uniform and he will you Nutty experience in return. Nutty experience will boost your experience twice as much as a minor quest does.

    b. Next talk to the short fisherman. Guess what? He seems to be the fisherman Princess Serena feel in love with. Isn't this amazing? He tells you that he has been kept there for so long, but if you give him the Med Guard Uniform he tells you that he might have a chance to escape. You get karma as reward for helping him.

    10. Once you're done with these two you may then go for Taiisrhaa's rescue. Once you talk to you may notice he looks pale and much older than he was last seen. Despite being locked up for years, he seems more worried that you won't get caught by guards and about rescuing other prisoners first. Once you're ready throw the Gilded lockpick and Tall Guard Uniform inside the cell.

You'll get the following legend mark for helping him:

    11. Next you can try to rescue the 9 tails fox Leepula. She however does not seem interested in being saved until Tevae is safe to.

Leepula is quite a storyteller so if you want to learn more about who Tevae is ask Leepula about "Tevae" and have a sit, because she has a long story to tell.

She must love telling that story to keep repeating it every visitor in full details.

She will also respond to the word 'Bloodrose' and give you an interesting tidbit,"BLOOD PETALS GROW ON BLOOD ROSE TREES, THEIR ROOTS GROW VERY DEEP REACHING HELL, WHERE THEY FEED ON BLOOD OF THE SINNERS.

We're not sure what she means by this yet.

    12. Now that you know you're rescuing the Faerie Queen of a magic kingdom, head to Tevae's cell.

Once you get to her you can use the Ethereal scissors you bought earlier (feels like hours ago by now) and help Suvola free her. You'll get a redish red mark for this, but it doesn't seem to be bad one.

After being rescued they seem to continue inside their cells. Perhaps they're waiting for the guards to be distracted so they can escape. However, your work here is done.

This is the end of walkthrough part 1, but there's much more to the event and you can find more information about this on IcePixy's post next. Also, a special thank you to theSavior for writing a helpful walkthrough on community board.

  • Getting around the Taal'yeein Enclave area
Posted by: Vini -- 4:25 PM EST

While our most skilled cartographers are still working on a highly detailed version of the Taal'yeein Enclave, here's a more basic version to help you find your way around the new area.

  • Tuuskaa - 011,018
  • Trusolle - 035,008
  • Truhart - 037,008
  • Tric - 074,008
  • Ortrit - 075,008
  • Sleepy Teeky- 074,005
  • Tantan - 090,006
  • Lucius Lafambois - 097,006
  • Truhleptuurumpass - 098,006
  • Tiga - 099,014
  • Talgrea - 097,014
  • Tulthie - 096,014
  • Taliis - 091,014
  • Pretty Duckling - 087,012
  • Tluuki - 086,015
  • Tuentuh - 090,022
  • Tuk - 095,022
  • Tocalle - 099,018
  • Cossieppie - 100,018

There are other areas accessible from the Enclave that have been found already. They are:

    1. White Forest (014,017)
Here you find Rough coal pieces when walking around, but beware of the Forgotten shadows that may attack you.

    2. East River of Stones (096,000)
Here you find Teshthe, an old Taal'yeein fishing on the river without water.

    3. Fresh hole (052 036), which leads to:
    - Taal Soldiers' Quarters
    - Abandoned Passage
    - Taal Guard Chamber
    - Taal'yeein Prison

Taal'yeein's Prison is where Taiishraa is located at. People have been working on rescuing him and a mysterious woman named Tevae. Rescuing her gives a red mark, so be careful.

We're working on a temporary map for these areas too and the walkthrough for the quests. Stay tuned to Nexus Atlas!

    Server Reset & Event Starting
Posted by: Vini -- 10:30 AM EST

The Nexus servers have been reset about an hour ago and removed the anniversary swords, the exp. boost and the orbs have been set back to normal.

According to the post on Dream Weaver's board, the Taal'yeein event seems to be moving forward too. Here is a copy of the post:

    BOARD TITLE: Dream Weaver
    FROM: NexusTK DATE: 7/13
    SUBJECT: Server Reset - Jun. 13th, 2018

    - Anniversary and exp. boost event close.

    - Continuing RP event.

The last we had seen and heard on the event was that Suvola was digging up a secret tunnel behind the wall of Taiisrhaa's confinement that would lead into one of the Taal'yeein areas. There has been no confirmation if Suvola has completed that yet, but seems to be the next step into uncovering more about those shape-shifting snakes.

Article: The choice of donation can have a powerful message
Posted by: Vini -- 11:20 PM EST

The donation box that Koguryo Army assembled to collect donations for Bulkkoch kingdom is a chance to make a gesture of good will. It is meant to collection weapons and supplies to aid Bulkkoch's defenses after they suffered many casualties by the hands of our own community in their arrival at Sire Pit through the portal they came to follow and try to capture Treilsaare. It serves as an apology message for slaying their fish army and leaving them defenseless against the Taal'yeein.

While most people have been donating useful equipment and items that can truly help them rebuild their defense, some people have chosen to hinder the efforts to help the Bullkoch by filling the chest with useless or repugnant items. However, Nexus Atlas is about positive actions and I saw someone who took the opportunity to give a great message with this event and I thought it was worth noting it out:

Limey found a way to not just donate a helpful equipment, but also to send a very powerful message.
Donate blood to those in need.
What a great initiative and interesting idea on how to promote blood donation. It can save many lives.

Did you find any other interesting donations? Let us know!

    BOARD TITLE: Whispering winds
    FROM: Alilolelotte DATE: 7/6
    SUBJECT: Assistance for Bulkkoch Kingdom

Although Aleumdaun has returned back to the Sea Kingdom of Bulkkoch, General Amatus wanted to lend a hand and allow those that were sympathetic to their cause provide assistance.

He spoke to the Sea Councilors of Oceana clan for input, and as a gesture of good will, it was decided to organize a drive to collect weapons and supplies to aid Bulkkoch's defenses. A crate is placed at the entrance of Kugnae Palace, so all willing citizens may participate. The contents of this crate it will be sent to Bulkkoch.

Once donated, you will receive a mark! Looks like you can donate any item you want and it will list that you have donated. Be careful what you donate, once you donated the item may be gone. If you donate again, it will replace the other item text you donated.

    1. Wony Modulator

To get Wony modulator's for experience points boost you need to do a mini-quest at the Incubator tent located at Buya Gathering area, the same place you get daily coins.

The most beautiful legend mark we can get is finally here and it is available to anyone (registered) who logs on this week. It's not the most beautiful for its looks, but for what it means.

"Many years ago, a great cataclysm struck the Nexus. Many heroes have perished in the chaos, never to return.
But others survived the disaster and the hordes of attacking dragons. They mourned their loss of their friends.
New friendships formed. The community grew stronger. Today we celebrate the Nexus' emergence from the
cataclysm and it's Anniversary with a special sword.

Today we celebrate all of those who remained in kingdom of the winds after free Beta testing phase ended and Nexus TK became a commercial MMORPG. Those heroes were the pioneers who made it possible for us to reach this historical mark and they get reward today with the usual early access to the new wisdom clothes. Those who were "born before the Great Shift" can obtain the SeuMooBeunZe robe and SeuMooBeunZe gown from Palace Chamberlains or Palace Concierges.

    SeuMooBeunZe robe
    modeled by SilentS
    SeuMooBeunZe gown
    modeled by Whisperss

To get the '20 year anniversary' legend mark and the traditional anniversary swords just visit the Palace greeters in any of the three kingdoms; Yeoni near Kugnae Palace, Honi near Buya Palace, and Palace Concierge in front of Nagnang Palace. Click either of them and choose "Anniversary Sword" option to get your version of Anniversary sword and the mark.

Click here to check the Anniversary sword stats

But that's not all the reset brought. Here's a copy of the reset notes posted on Dream Weaver's board:

    BOARD TITLE: Dream Weaver
    FROM: NexusTK DATE: 7/1
    SUBJECT: Server Reset - Jul. 1st, 2018
    - Happy Anniversary!

    - We at Kru sincerely thank you for having been with us for the last 2 decades. Can't express how much this means to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

    - Wony's modulator is available for the anniversary.

    - Class restriction for orbs is lifted for the anniversary. (Wandering Spirits)

    - An event surrounding Taal'yeein will follow after the above mentioned exp boosts are closed.

Exp boosts, Orbs without class restrictions and much more coming for Nexus. Want to learn how to get the modulators and orbs? Check the next post by AznCloudBoi with detailed information about it!

    Nexus 20th Anniversary
Posted by: Vini -- 12:00 AM EST

It's midnight July 1st, 2018. Today we rejoice an incredible mark achieved by the Nexus community. Our beloved realm of the Kingdom of the Winds celebrates it's 20th anniversary since this beautiful project became commercial back in July 1st, 1998. Yes, for many people who were here during Beta, the 20th year mark happened in 2016, but the tradition in Nexus has always been to celebrate its anniversaries on July 1st and here we are completing two decades, making history as the longest running commercial MMORPG ever created.

It has been a long road up to this point and while many disbelievers kept betting on the Nexus downfall, the Kingdom of the Winds stands strong up until now and with a long road ahead with the imminent release of Oh san level. The secret for reaching the 20th year mark has a key figure that upholds the whole thing: our community.

Yes, it is you who is a member of Nexus community and sticks playing this game after so many years who made it possible to celebrate this 20th anniversary. Here we grew up together, we laughed together, we got angry together. People met the love of their lives, people had their most hurtful heartbreaks. People got married and had kids who now also play Nexus, people lost their loved ones and still miss them dearly. In Nexus, we laughed, cried, rejoiced and got frustrated. Nexus brings up the most extreme of our emotions because, in the end, we all share a beautiful unconditional love, not just for the game, but the people who we met in this game. What makes Nexus so special is that here anyone can be special and throughout the years look how many special people we met and we lost. We can count how many times each of us thought about quitting, some actually did and came back and some kept around no matter what. And this is the spirit that keeps this game moving forward. Perseverance, hard work and an understanding that what keeps our favorite game alive was never Nexon or KRU, but the players themselves.

So, rejoice in the celebrations that shall start soon, dear member of Nexus Community, because today we celebrate you.

And to register this very special occasion we've created our own 20th Anniversary emblem and shall keep it there on top of our newsfeed until the end of the year, so we'll never forget how great achievement our community attained today!
So, get ready for the anniversary swords, the upcoming event and the soon to be released Oh san trials!
