"The Muse is the driving force within us all, the inspiration behind the works of art
we create." Attempting to define or characterize Muse is a great folly. Just like our
kaleidoscopes, we are full of different, sometime opposite emotions! We are wise,
in-your-face, frivolous, giggly, serious, shy, rowdy, sweet, tricky, haughty, loving
MUSES! What does unite us is our common appreciation and devotion to arts, be it
expressed through preservation of already existing pieces or creating our own! We
want to share our love for the arts with the masses, and do that in part by hosting
fabulous Garden performances, which include Dinner Theatre, Cabaret and All My Muses.
The Academy of the Muses, or "Muse College", is open to everybody willing to learn. A
capable professorial staff offers a great variety of subjects that's updated every
Semester.
The Buya Muse Guild was formed by GuardianIV. Mute Muse Utako, or "Girl", was sent from
the Ilbon Mother guild to help out. However, Kiyone had a hunch it was a clever move from
the Ilbon Guild to rid themselves of Girl. She does tend to burn things ... Laburnum
was the next muse elder, and he has worked further to improve our Guilds functions.
Muses entered the Golden Age under the eldership of Kiyone. Among her many
accomplishments was the construction of the Muse Garden where we now hold our
performances as well as Muse College Classes. When Kiyone was requested by Parnassus
to serve as Hand of Euterpe, Lokira took the position of elder. Important to note for
historical reasons that during this time much speculation has risen as to there being
the 10th Muse Goddess.. Although not much has leaked onto the general population, it is
being whispered to this day, that Lokira is the 10th Muse Goddess. After serving a
wonderful term, Lokira was requested by Parnassus to take up the position as Hand
of Clio and she has departed to join Kiyone. Next Muse Elder was Skademon, the Muse of
Scandal and Propaganda. The times were tough on the guild as our lands were going
through the bleak Q-times, but nonetheless we pulled through and heralded our
spiky-haired leader. It was then when she came about - the Quotabunni from Ogurs.
She personified our stand on the Q-time. We held her up - a stubborn flag, marching
through the adversities with high spirit in hand! Aelis the Beautiful has taken the
elder position since SkaDemon. The Muse Guild continued to thrive. It was under her
eldership that we have discovered the Aureate Aspiration and were able to materialize
it through a series of rigorous tasks. However, now that Soleil is the new Maestra it
seems that all of the Muse Guild efforts are redirected towards gathering of Moon wine ...
